Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Aspire Aviation LLC ("Aspire Aviation", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit aspire-aviation.com, contact us, or book a discovery flight. It covers our practices under U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA and the New York SHIELD Act) and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is needed to respond to inquiries, schedule training, and complete payments.

  • Submitted by you: name, email address, phone number, mailing or billing address, training goal, and any details you include in a message or form.
  • Payment information: when you book a discovery flight, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank account details on our servers; Stripe collects and stores those directly.
  • Site usage: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages viewed), cookies set by Stripe to complete checkout, and, if enabled, Google Analytics 4 measurement data with IP anonymization.

How We Use Information

  • Reply to your consultation request and schedule training or discovery flights.
  • Process payments for booked discovery flights.
  • Send service-related communications about your booking, training, or scheduling.
  • Improve the website and prevent fraudulent activity.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal requests.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Sharing With Service Providers

  • Stripe — processes discovery flight payments. See Stripe's privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Google Analytics — aggregated, IP-anonymized website analytics. See Google's privacy policy.
  • Hosting and infrastructure — Vercel hosts the website and runs the discovery flight checkout function.

We may also share information when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or to protect Aspire Aviation, our students, or the public.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to operate the site and complete payments through Stripe. If we enable analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. You can block cookies in your browser settings; doing so may prevent checkout from completing. We honor browser-level Global Privacy Control signals where required.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Delete — request that we delete your information, subject to legal and accounting retention obligations (for example, payment records required by tax law).
  • Opt out of sale or sharing (CCPA/CPRA) — we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you can confirm this status by contacting us.
  • Non-discrimination — you will not receive different service for exercising your rights.

Data Retention And Security

We retain consultation request information for up to 24 months, payment records for the period required by tax and accounting law, and student training records for the duration of your training plus the period required by FAA recordkeeping. We use HTTPS in transit, restrict access to authorized staff, and rely on Stripe (PCI DSS compliant) for cardholder data handling.

Children

Aspire Aviation does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Discovery flights and training inquiries that involve minors should be initiated by a parent or legal guardian.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through this page or, when appropriate, by email to active students.
